By Air:
Bologna Airport (Guglielmo Marconi Airport, code BLQ) is about 10 km from the center of Bologna. Options to transfer from and to the airport can be found here. Milan airport (Malpensa) and Rome airport (Fuimicino) are well-connected with Bologna by train (see below).

By Rail:
Bologna is connected with Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice and several European cities through an excellent rail network. The train station of Bologna is located in the city center, within walking distance to the venue.

The conference venue is located in the center of Bologna, within walking distance from most of the city hotels. It is 20-25 minutes from the main train station, and 10-15 minutes from the cathedral.
